My dear brothers and sisters,
Today we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, a feast that reminds us of the greatest gift Jesus left us before returning to the Father: *His very self in the Holy Eucharist.*

In the first reading, Moses reminds the Israelites how God fed them with manna in the desert. They were hungry, weak, and helpless, yet God nourished them day after day. The manna sustained their bodies, but it was only a preparation for something greater.
