However, the increasing reliance on these devices has raised concerns about their impact on individuals and society. In the field of education, gadgets offer valuable opportunities for learning, research, and collaboration. However, they can also become major distractions. Students often struggle to maintain concentration when notifications from social media, games, or entertainment platforms constantly compete for their attention. Studies have shown that frequent digital interruptions can reduce productivity and negatively affect academic performance. Consequently, the educational benefits of technology may be undermined by the very distractions it creates.
